70+ years and 7 pounds

Hi, I've just joined the group and I'd especially like to know how many are close to my age. I'm thinking we're having some of the same challenges. I plan to lose these 7 pounds and then go on the zip lines near my home. I need motivation because life is presently just too peaceful.

    I am 58 and have a friend on here that is 65 I think. I am at goal and have lost 5 lb on here.

    Hi there. Iam 86 and want to lose another 9.5 lbs. Its the last bit that is hard.

    I am not quite at your age level yet, but I like the way you think Jeannie...plus we share a name, I'm Jeanne. I'm 54 and I've lost 7 pounds out of a 25pound goal.
