I was tired of gaining and losing the same grams all month.
My numbers all said I should have lost close to 4 kg, not gain and lose, gain and lose 300g. Math and Data people, Math and Data!

They use an InBody 720 body Composition machine (I used it last month) and today I have lost 1.4 kg in 30 days. Certainly nothing to write home about. Especially since 2 days ago I was 2 kg lighter! Grrr :s Looking at my charts, I basically lost 1.4 kg 29 days ago and have been playing with the 300g for 28 days.

She couldn't find fault with anything I was doing and agreed the numbers indicate a much higher weight loss. She asked me to have one or two cheat days and to up my carbs just a bit to see if that shakes me out of the stall.

She said it was kind of refreshing to have a client who wasn't afraid of fat, but instead of having a cheese buurger, she made me promise to have dessert tonight.

My dessert shall be a mini lemon tart with sliced strawberries and whipped cream. I still couldn't pull the trigger on cake.

Oh gosh Kuranda - so frustrating. It's fortunate that you can get a proper scan done though - I'd have loooved that through this WOE.

See if there are any places in Perth that use it or something like it?

My private health covered $45 of the initial consult, I was planning to spend the $40 for the scan this month anyway, so I only paid $45 more than I had planned.

Thebest part is last month I brought my Aria scale with me. Got off their machine and on to mine. It was only out by 1% fat and .5 kg. Close enough for my needs.

Oh wow, good thinking on taking the Aria with you! I'll consider it - or maybe just getting the Aria ;)
