Hi, would anyone like to become friends to help each other during urges to binge?
I used to be locked into a binge/diet/exercise cycle about 10 years ago and although i have lost 28lbs over 5 months through developing better eating habits and exercise I can feel myself slipping back into those negative moods which trigger a binge. I have only binged a couple of times in the past month or so but its making me very depressed as I really don't want to get back into that awful cycle again.

Feel free to add me. I struggle with binges myself, and it would be nice to have a friend who understands/might be able to back me down from the binge-eating cliff.0
