Well, I apparently DON'T eat because I'm sad

But then I also don't feel like exercising either. I'm sad because I ran over my cell phone yesterday. (And my daughter broke the power button to my tablet.) I'm not snacking much here at work, but I'm also not filling my long hours with anything beneficial like getting out of my office chair.

    That's as bad as overeating. I've lost a lot of weight (dropped 2 dress sizes in as many months) as I was just not eating because of a sickness in the family, he was on heavy meds that made him nauseated so I'd lose my appetite too. But when he got better I've put a shedload of weight back as I was just eating like a maniac, to celebrate good things and to make up for bad things... Unhealthy loss will most likely lead to unhealthy gain. Of course it's ok to be sad and not having an appetite for a couple of days, but more than that and you need to do something about it. Trust me I know it's not easy but do try. Love you profile cat btw :)
