Pepperoni, link sausage, make an easy Alfredo sauce (butter, hwc, parmesan cheese and season to taste) to put on your meats. Mix cream cheese with different cheeses and use like fat bombs.

I have a similar issue, I have a tendency to go too high on my proteins...

Sauces. French sauces in particular. Made with butter and cream/sour cream or just melted butter.

    Double (heavy) cream in tea/coffee.
    Cream on a spoon. ;)
    Butter on a spoon. ;)
Cook everything in butter/animal fat. I save bacon drippings and almost everything is cooked in that now.

I second the bulletproof coffee (you can go ahead and make your own version of that)
Second the "cooking everything in butter/animal fat". Cook your veggies in them too.
Pork (ground, bacon, fatty cuts of meat) is super good. Don't bother with turkey as its too lean.
    Basically any fat bomb.
Sugar free gelatin + heavy cream + whip it together = an easy fatbomb. stick it in the freezer for a bit for a good consistency. Any flavor will work with it too.
cheese sticks maybe? Unsure of the carb count on those.

I sometimes go to McDonald's for coffee and get a refill or two adding 7-10 half and half creamers to each cup. Each creamer is 15-20 cals of mostly fat. 20 of them give me 300-400 calories of mainly fat. I eat a few ounces of Almonds daily and that is a ton of fat.

Thanks for the tips, the gelatin fat bomb sounds really good, I've never tried hollandaise sauce, I'll have to look up the recipe, adding half and half is a good idea, that's a real easy way to increase my fat intake. I made fat bombs with cocoa, butter, coconut oil, sweet n low and unsweetened coconut flakes, I need to practice more, the sweet n low gave it a funny taste....
