Short-Term Goalsetting - What's yours?

So we are all here for one long-term goal or another - lose weight, build muscle, etc. But what about short-term goals? Short-term goals are small stepping stones across the bigger river. They help you to feel accomplished along the way and keep you focused when you may find yourself starting to stray off the path!

My short-term goal right now is to cut diet soda from my life - AGAIN! I had given up soda completely after being a 2-liter of Diet Coke a day type for years. The headaches were pretty terrible from the caffeine withdrawal, but I got through them eventually. Time to do it again! I lost my job and slipped into the pattern of doing what was easy and enjoyable instead of what was healthy and my diet soda addiction came back viciously.

I poured out the very end of my last 2-liter today, and bought a gigantic fridge-size thing of spring water with a tap on it so that I can always have cold, refreshing H2O at my fingertips!
