Left side is me at my heaviest and right is 23 lbs. lighter. Both pics were taken on the day of my daughter's prom in the same outfit. Wish I had remembered to do the jewelry.
Also a pic of me with my bears. The 20# bear came yesterday. Holy cow, why is the pic of me with my bears lifesize?! Is there a way to make the pics smaller?

Thank you sweet friends! I don't know if you can tell but the dress is pooling a little on the floor since I've lost weight. I can't wear it now or I'd trip over it! And yes I have the same shoes on as the original pic.0

I did notice that when I first saw it. I was going to mention it but I figured you may have taken the pic barefoot. You look soooo pretty. Thank you all for the nice comments. I really recommend getting a before shot (or choosing one in my case) and documenting along the way. I think I'll be able to take a pic in this dress when I make goal which will be neat. I may have to button the vest though...

That is exactly what I was hoping for!! The story behind the pic is: My daughter's prom was Saturday. I was extra excited to take pics with her because I wanted to see my 23 lb loss. She was beautiful !!! I however, still looked fat!!! 
That night, after spending the day helping her get ready, I finally had a chance to get on the treadmill. I kept thinking, I can't believe I still look fat. That's when I decided I needed a true comparison of then and now. I jumped off the treadmill, threw on the same clothes I had worn a year earlier and got my husband to take the pic. (Btw, someone commented that I was glowing. That's why, lol!!! ) Then... I could see the difference. And I wanted you all to see the difference too and know that NS works! And know that what you are doing is working and you are making progress!!
