It's actually pretty good and may I say, steady loss of 1kg per week except for the 1st weeks when I overate for a few days.

End of week 3: 164
I really need to get my act together for the next 10 weeks, not sure why I've been slacking off these past 3 weeks. I want nothing more than to shed this extra 30lbs my 5 pregnancies have left on me.
Yesterday I started 30 Day Shred, and I am sooo sore!! But that's a good thing! Anyone else doing/or have done 30 Day Shred? I'm going to do a 20 minute Zumba DVD everyday in addition to that for the extra cardio.0 -

Although I'm up .2, I'm not going to fret over it much. I was travelling for work and visited my mom and gram over the weekend (you know the good ol' home cooked food). Considering I couldn't get out for walks because of either being busy or too cold for my blood, I did my best to watch what I ate and up .2 is better than I thought I was going to be at. Onward ho! Back on track!0 -

I gained, I lost, I'm still above my starting weight! As some of you might be able to tell, I have been eating way too much cake and not logging anything at all. I'm slowly getting back on track and going to try to participate in at least 1 FitBit challenge a week now, darnit! I can lose this weight - I just need to stay on track. It's hard, though, because I have been looking amazing in clothes (Now at a size 10AUS/8US)! I've never been this weight my whole adult life - in fact, the last time I weighed this much I was probably 12 or 13! At the moment I have a BMI of 24 - I want to get to a BMI of 22, which will be 58kg (127.6lbs). I've added goals to help keep myself accountable. HOPEFULLY this will work!
Any other Aussies in this challenge finding it difficult to put down the fork when it's cold outside? Getting up to exercise in the morning that much harder when you are warm in bed?

Changed my ultimate goal. Feeling pretty good about where I am at the moment. I think I will try to maintain at 150 and we will see if I want to lose more after that.0 -

Looks like in order to meet my goal by the end of the challenge I need to lose at least 1.8 lbs a week from here on out which more than likely will not happen but I damn sure going to try!

I know I haven't been logging on here frequently, is it too late to join back in?
My weight at the moment is 11 stone 2, which is about the same as my starting weight. It's the start of a new month now and I know I probably won't reach the 20lbs loss by July, but I'm hoping to come close at least! I'm going to start being more accountable on here and hopefully I'll have met at least half of the goal!0 -
4/6: 259.7

MFP Start weight: 178 Lbs (Jan 14, 2015)
4/6: 168
4/10: 168
4/17: 166.5
4/24: 166.5
5/1: 164.5
Challenge loss to date: 3.5 pounds! (20 by Memorial day isn't going to happen, but I'm still trucking along.)
I have had difficulty maneuvering up and down on the spreadsheet from the beginning and now it appears I'm gone completely. I've checked in with this group quite frequently and weighed-in each week, so I don't know why I disappeared. I'll continue to report my progress on the thread.0 -
4/5-147.6
4/17- 146.8
4/25 - 147.6
5/1 - 146.8
Down 1 lb from last week... although, it sure would be nice to get below this. Need to focus on drinking more water! I've been bad about that.

Seems a lot of people have been removed. I was, too! What's up with that?0 -
No change on scales this week but I've been more active so hungrier!! Feeling fitter and getting more water so feel better even though scales didn't move! Going to be extra good this weekend
Really like seeing everyone's progress - all doing great!0
