I was shocked that I lost 2 lbs this week. I haven't been great at calorie counting everyday. I went to a funeral and had a ton of brownies as my meal. I had a couple extra Oreos one night. I think it's been that ivd been busy and more active in my daily life like gardening and hooping. I didn't even make all my strength training because I had a bad allergy attack. I think adding all the veggies in my diet helped as well.

No change on scales this week but I've been more active so hungrier!! Feeling fitter and getting more water so feel better even though scales didn't move! Going to be extra good this weekend

Really thought I'd gain this week, didnt do very healthy eating but still managed to lose .5 a pound. Not too bad I suppose. Will do better this week. Please add my week 4 weight 187.5. Thanks!0
