I just did day one :) I've had a super active day 9am bootcamp class, a 7k run and then 4+ hours of yard work but I knew today was the day to start. I've taken measurements, photos and weighed in.

SW kicks - 82
Pjacks - 42

Pjumps - 31 (likely some were poor form)

LowPlank Ob - 48
