New to MAP and just started Jillian s Body Revolution. Anyone else, or could you kindly point me towards a JM group? I have so many questions about the nutrition component. Struggling to keep under 1400 cal but still get 100g protein. Should I keep restricting (which means I usually get 70g protein or less) or bump up my calories and focus on macros?
