Help with stress eating / stress spikes

Anyone have any great suggestions on coping with stress? I'm really struggling right now, and I know it is impacting my numbers...

    Hi, I have had similar issues. Exercise really helps me, and also keeping busy.

    Stress is usually not a problem for me, but due to recent circumstances, I can relate. There are different outlets such as exercise, meditation, hot baths, and keeping busy. But I find I also have to talk to myself, remind myself that the stress will pass. When it does pass, I do not want more stress of now having to get my weight/eating under control.
    I also tell myself there are many things i cannot control, but I can control my diet.
    I'm not sure if this helped...stress sucks and unfortunately we all have too much of it. Life is hard but we must try and maintain some control...good luck!
