Weigh myself Friday-on-Friday?

I mean, I am a part of this challenge, do check this group for updates. Its just that my weightloss has bee quite slow in general, but thats how my body works. I put on very slowly over the years, so I am not expecting weekly major losses at all.
Last month I decided that I will weigh myself at the end of next month so that if there isnt any change on the scale, it won't demotivate me. And then I became a part of this challenge. I haven't updated my weight for last Friday - didn't weigh myself.
But I hope I can still be a part of this challenge without having to weigh myself every week.

    Of course!!!! Can you do us a favor though? Each Friday can you enter your weight (even if it's just typing your start weight? You'll get participation points :) And if you accumulate enough participation points you'll get a free trip to Paris....Paris, TX that is :)

    No worries, participate in the challenges, encourage others and stay focused on your plan - no need to step on a scale every week.

    P.S. I do encourage you to enter your weight though (as opposed to stepping on a scale and weighing). It will keep you engaged and help with the team mentality as you watch the stats total up on a Friday.

    I love it. My motivation is more meeting my c25k goal, going to the classes, and doing the 30 day Ab challenge.
