Hi all. I was hoping I could get your advice on which activity level I should choose. I have a desk job with not much moving around at all. I've been doing NROLFW 3 times a week (Stage 1 so about 20-25 minutes each session) and I TRY to walk for 30 mins around the neighborhood at least twice (sometimes 3 times) per week. I don't have small children, I do some light housework but nothing strenuous, and lately I do a little bit of work in flower beds. I'm torn on whether or not to choose 1-3 hours of light exercise or 3-5 hours b/c I know there is alot of debate on peeps choosing lower than what they should.

Thoughts?

I'd say 1-3, I put 1-3 for walking on treadmill 82-85% of Heart Rate 5.25 hours a week.

I would suggest moderate 3-5 level. You have to remember to also add in your daily life plus your workouts and that adds up to more than we realize. Most usually fall into the moderate level if they work out a few times a week. You can always back down if you need to, but if in doubt, always go up first. No need to suppress the metabolism by eating too little. There aren't many who truly fall into the 1-3 level - that would be very low activity.
