Struggles or successes of your week: as usual. Not eating what's on my menu plan. We are broke until payday, though, since we had to front the money for my husband's trip last week. This should help me keep on track on that aspect.

struggles - bread, scones and hot cross buns....now that I have had my fill...back to lean meats, fresh veggies and back on track.
successes - prepped breakfast for a week(baked egg white cups with back bacon and veggies), lunches for a week (black bean soup and lentil soup) have boiled eggs, cucumbers and grape tomatoes and home made hummus for snacks for the week. I have a menu plan for the week that includes a family game night menu of chicken tacos that will accommodate dairy free, gluten free and dieting options for the whole family.0 -

Struggles or successes of your week:
Been under quite a bit of stress at work, there's more to be done than time/people to do it. In reaction, I've decided I won't work stupid hours until it's all done (the way I used to operate) because my well being is also important; I'll get done what I can and leave the less important until the next day.
This past week I've started C25K, and found it mostly enjoyable. I've spent 1hr 41min Run/Walking to cover a distance of 7.43 miles. I've gotten back to cycling too, and spent 3hr 11min Cycling to cover a distance of 41.48 miles. All told this week I've had 5½ hours of cardio (including mowing the yard), and burned a total of 4,730 calculated calories. I've eaten back some of these.0 -

Struggles or successes of your week:
Finished week 3 of C25K. Shorter bike ride Saturday due to rain, and no other's this week due to yard work and impoundment inspection.
Did "hike" 4 miles with 1,000' of elevation gain when inspecting the impoundment... also in the rain unfortunately.

Struggles or successes of your week: or three *grins*. First week was fine, second week, lots of stress at work with the end of the school year, so lots of stress eating and lots of stress not-moving. Last week was a great week, wrote all about it in the M&S thread, and it was really long, so I'm not reproducing here! I'm definitely on track to meet my monthly goal, since I weighed in at 268.5 this morning.0 -
I don't have a scale at home so be patient with me0

No worries.
I haven't been able to weigh myself the past few days, and will likely weigh on Monday morning for my closeout weight.
Will start next month's thread then.0 -
