All these pcis are amazing. Hopefully I can add one, one day. SO far I am down 30 pounds but I have yet to see any difference in me. Maybe another 30..:)

The before photo is why i started NS....it was taken the day after my Dads funeral last year....when the photo was sent to me....sadly....i couldn't find myself in the picture!!!!!!!!!!! My perception of what i looked like was obviously eschewed.....only because of the red coat did i realize it was me.....

I thought the same thing until I actually put my worst beside my best. LOL. I still look back on last years pictures and don't see that much change because I deleted all the "Fat looking" ones. Sunshine...you should really put up a photo....you will finally realize the changes when you see them side by side....when we were on the ns site I never even did measurements....denial, just like Val said.....then I rooted out the funeral pic and MADE myself take the new pic.....my self esteem shot thru the roof when I saw them on here! You went to the beach where a bunch of strangers could judge you...we are family and you know we love you....post a pic soon!!!!
