I have just done week 4 of the C25K on "Get Running" Loving it so far, I am still a big girl despite having a good weight loss so far. I have never in my life been a runner, or jogger or for that matter walker...
I am due to finish the program around first week in June, to keep me motivated I have signed up for 2 runs!! One is a 1.6 km run only, I figure if I have finished the program then this should be OK, it is a beach run and involves stairs also, its a fundraiser one. If anyone is interested it is Barnardos Beach Bolt being held at Coogee on June 14. It seems like a good stepping stone in to running events. Then I figure if I keep training I should be good for 5K, so have signed up for the Colour run in August.
