protein shakes with kettlebell workouts

I don't know if I should be taking a protein shake post workout. I am unsure what my LBM is so don't know how many grams of protein I should be consuming. Im female. 29 years old, 5' 7 and weight 146 pounds. I am looking to lose another 10 pounds of fat (hopefully) and be more defined. I currently consume in the region of 100-110g of protein daily from food.

I workouts with kettlebells 3/4x a week, for 40 mins each time

Based on this info, would you recommend that I start drinking a shake post workout for an extra 30ish grams of protein if it will help me get to my goal?
