Foam Rolling FTW!

Around Christmas time, I was experiencing some lower back issues and could only walk all hunched over and it was pretty painful. Someone recommended getting a foam roller. So I got one and just did some basic foam rolling and things really improved. Since recovering, I rarely use the foam roller now.

Well today, I ran across a foam rolling session (which also used a lacrosse ball) on Daily Burn and wow! I felt so good after that! The session went much further than what little I had done previously. So if you are dealing with some soreness from your workouts and can't go to a massage therapist as much as you want to, then I totally recommend checking into foam rolling and that Daily Burn session totally rocked!
