Are you following the nutrition guide?

I personally am not. I follow the calories recommendations however (even eat 200 less than I have to). With my work schedule and lifestyle I find it hard to keep up with the official meal plan. I have to really plan ahead, cook beforehand. And since I live in Germany, many of the ingredients are not available here (or I am too lazy to search for the German equivalents).

One thing that I am scared about is that my results won't be that good as they would be with the nutrition guide. I hope I am wrong

What about you? Are you following the plan and how are you managing it? :)

I am not following the plan - I find it hard for me to plan too much ahead of time. I am committed to drinking green smoothies every day for breakfast (kale, parsley, an apple, a banana, blueberries, carrots, ginger, almond milk, and protein power), but it's hard to stick with it for lunch and dinner when you're constantly on the go! I usually have a lean cuisine for lunch and have a normal but healthy dinner (fish or chicken with veggies or a veggie sandwich or something).

This weekend I will take a look at the macros and try to configure them to my life a little better! I really want to see results. I think it will be easier for me to plan when I live alone and have my own fridge (my roommates like for us all to have dinner together, but I can't be eating grilled cheese sandwiches every night if I want a perfect body!). Like you, I am not losing weight - I have stayed about the same, but I keep telling myself it's not about weight loss, it's about toning and that when I am toned, I will look and feel better.
