How is everyone doing? I started the program back in January but it was really rough on my knees so I moved to kettlebells for awhile. I started BBG again and am finishing my 2nd week today. My knees are handling it much better this time so I hope to stick with it for the full 12 weeks this time. Did anyone who started in January finish? And how are you newer members or the group doing?

    I started in January, not with the Kayla movement but late January. I just finished my second week the second time around, so technically the 14th week. Good luck this time around! It is an awesome experience!
