I just have one quick question, and I will keep it simple and sweet. If i am trying to lose weigh and lean up a little.. is there such a thing as having too much protein? Is that good or bad for my diet?

    Over 1 g per pound you weigh won't have any added benefit. It's not like your kidneys will fail but you could get better energy from increasing carbs if you have leftover calories. Also, if you are very very low on fats for a long time, that can affect your athletic performance.
