Hello everyone, I'm Becka and I'm 34. I've lost 71 lbs over the last 11 months and still have 50 - 60 to go. I train with a trainer 3 times a week and do cardio 5 days a week. I'm always looking for new recipes and any encouragement is certainly welcome.
