Weigh IN Sunday
You can either list your actual weight, how much it changed (hopefully for the better), and/or percentage. It's up to you so do whatever makes you comfortable. Feel free to post any other real wins for the week like NSV or whatever you feel like sharing.

That is a great result for me at the end of week 12 since my usual MO is losing less than a lb a week. I'm really happy with that. I hope you all are having a great Sunday - it's beautiful and sunny here in SW PA today, so I'm gonna try to keep this up by at least taking a nice long walk and doing Rudy's daily challenge.
I'm moving Kristine's huge WIN to this week. That's so awesome Kristine!!!!
I'm up 1.4 for the week. I had a weak moment yesterday but hopefully I'll get on track again this week. Usually when I have a gain like this, the next week I lose more than usual. Luckily the overall movement on the weight chart is a steady even decline for me.
It's a beautiful sunny day here in the mountains of CA and I'm going to take the top off my Jeep and go shoot some archery with my oldest son. Then I'll come back and do some DB Yoga Recovery and Rudy's challenge. Have a great day!0 -
I am down 1.2. I am working in my yarn and cleaning the out door furniture. It is in the low 80s here.0

WTG Debbie!!! Awesome showing as well. The ladies are getting it done this week!0

Great job Debbie!
It looks like Rudy was down a couple too from his status update! And IMO, Scott - you're 'dust it off and move on' attitude is a huge win in my book! I'll take a page from your book in the coming weeks I'm sure.
Hysteria - if you're checking in, I was just wondering if you were able to do the 10k last weekend? If so, how'd it go?0 -
Thanks Kristine! I'm getting a lot of practice dusting it off! Just like TSwift's Shake It Off (well not exactly and I only know that reference from comedy shows)... I do tend to be optimistic and look at the bright side of life (yes just like Monty Python)!
BTW... I couldn't help but peek at the scale today (I didn't let my apps record it).... I'm down 0.6 pounds from yesterday! So I got big swings on the scale to contend with so that helps in my move on attitude just knowing that.0 -
Ya ya sure sure Scott - you only know TSwift from comedy show
Lol! I took a peek at the scale yesterday too and I was *up* .6 - so I found the weight you lost! Want it back?

Well that's my story and I'm sticking with it Kristine!
And noooooo.... I don't want it back but I certainly don't want you to keep it. I think you should just shake it off!
