Has anyone tried New Rules of Lifting for Women

Hello,
I've just started reading New Rules of Lifting-Women and I was trying to get all set for Stage 1 but the way the workout reps and sets confuse me.
For Stage 1 Workout A, are we supposed to do a total of 10 sets for the first exercise (squats), with each set reducing the number of reps? Then move on to the next exercise set (pushups alternating with seated row)?

Also, just so I'm sure, one workout day consists of all the exercuses of either workout A or Workout B?

Thanks in advance for anyone's experienced advice. I could not find help on the book's website.

    I have not tried it but I think there are groups on here that follow it. Maybe they could help.
