Keto to GAIN weight?

So, my husband wants to try keto in hopes of clearing up his terrible eczema. He's in the middle of a flare right now and it's miserable 
The issue is, he's 6'4", 157 lbs. so he really needs to GAIN weight, and not lose at all. Suggestions on how to eat keto to gain?

Eat at greater than TDEE, same as gaining weight on any other WOE0
