    Hhhmmm I'm not sure. I've bern debating what I would like. I want to be slim, lean and healthy, not skinny. ... i'll have to look and see for inspiration.

    I just want to be fit and lean currently at 20%bf want to get to a point were u can see a 6 pack and probably need to loose a stone in weight to achieve will find a pic and post
