ok so its time for the squat challenge https://youtu.be/_YMudBnbIw8 R emember to add a warm-up at the beginning or a cool down at the end. a 10 minute walk or jog will be fine but i will be knocking a warm up video as well as a cool down video in the next couple of days
Ok so for those that complete the monthly challenges the prizes follow One extra batbadge super new levels of fitness oneunfitdad making a twat out of himself on youtube with a challenge picked by you lot. This should make up for my evil challenges :D
Ok peeps so we are nearly at the end of 2 weeks and I'd like to know what people think about the challenges Are they to hard? Do you get enough support, is there any thing els you would like to see, have the YouTube messages been helpfull?
