Keeping it Green: shooting for 25 over the month.
1st: Yes
Walked both my grandsons miles - separately, and took one to Baby Yoga - which doesn't seem to be on the exercise data base LOL
2nd: a very definite NO. But I have had a fabulous night with friends, and a few glasses of rather nice wine.0 -
Need so much more green this month....Like 33% last month.
May 1: Assuming no - worked weird hours and didn't log dinner???
May 2: No - it just went very, very wrong.

My goal is 28 days.
May 1 - green - exercise consisted of packing camp supplies into my truck & setting up camp at the council campout.
May 2 - green - I have no idea how many miles I walked, but I know it was several. I was at the Scout Council campout with my two youngest son's.
May 3 - green - 5k run. Personal best time of 40:18. I could have finished faster, but my friend Kathy's son was in need of encouragement so I slowed down to run/walk with him. He's 8. I couldn't have lived with myself if I had passed him by. (Kathy is pregnant, and his older sisters took off and left him.) My own kids beat me, but I am not surprised by that. They are 21 & 15 and they like to run. And they only finished 3 minutes ahead of me.0 -
I'm aiming for 26 days this month.

Lovely walk and lunch with DH at a local seaside town, followed by a family dinner and cuddles from my youngest grandson.
An uncle and aunt are on holiday about an hour away and I'm spending the day with them. Might struggle to be green on the 4th.0 -

And a fab day out with an uncle (who will soon not know who I am, so a precious day), aunt and cousin - but I left my Fitbit at home and I walked for hours. Aaaaarrrrggh. This is beginning to happen toooooo frequently - twice in as many months!!!

I started the day with a 30 minute stretching routine, and it was just what I needed. I feel so much better and more prepared for my 5K in the morning.

Did some lawn maintenance yesterday, getting the honeysuckle off the fence. Also did shoulders and calves at the gym. Not a bad day at all.
