I started the day with a 30 minute stretching routine, and it was just what I needed. I feel so much better and more prepared for my 5K in the morning.

11th - no, 9/26. I nearly got a Chevy, but I had to walk round the block, 2.5 m, at 10pm to moderate the impact of a lovely meal with friends. I'm sure another half mile would have done it . . . .
