Hi every body.
My name is Maral and I'm 36 years old. I suffer from Bulimia and I will be glad if anyone help me to get over it. please share your experiences

    I used to be, and recovery was the best thing I ever did for my life. I would reccomend going to see a specialist/doctor. It might seem scary but its so worth it. One tip they gave me was after a binge...you can purge if you want to BUT you have to wait at least 10 minutes. (By the time your done waiting you most likely won't want too). Also...instead of binging or purging coloring is honestly a really good distraction.
