Taking one day at a time. 1200 calories a day. I am aiming for <60 carbs (less fiber) and >70 protein daily. Afraid to weigh myself cuz clothes feel better, and energy level is up. Need to keep going, and not be discouraged. Need to lose 30 lbs to assist with severe back pain. Any help/friends appreciated!

    I get that way, too... I don't want proof, because it was always proof before that I had **failed.** If you have someone else close to you that you can trust, ask them to help you, but not to tell you anything unless it is positive... Unless you're one of those who can't stand a mystery...lol.
