I am creating this discussion to just post smoothie recipes. I know there are millions, but not all of them taste very good so post some of your favorites here. The following is my go-to literally every morning. I am not hungry for about 4 hours afterwards:
1 cup of almond milk (or whatever milk you have)
1 banana
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
1 Large spoon full of peanut butter
7-8 pieces of ice
Tastes like a reese's cup!!
