I am half way through 12 week nutrimed diet And I'm not getting the results I had hoped for. I'm down 21 pounds but I still have 40 to go. Any ideas on how to speed things up. I'm following the diet to a T and exercising like crazy getting 1.6 pounds a week is very discouraging. I'm ready to quit and have a martini. Help!

Not sure what kind of diet you're on, but 1.6/week sounds like a reasonable, safe loss.

I am sorry but 1.6 lbs a week is great... Unfortunately I have no idea what diet you are on... Never heard of it.

I never could do any type of shake diet. I would suggest you d low carb for real food!

I would be scared to lose sixty pounds in 12 weeks. The potential for losing muscle weight is too great. What do you plan to eat after completion of the program? Many people revert to the woe that got them there in the first place. I've never heard of that diet, but assume it's a medically controlled liquid type of meal replacement. Good luck!

That type of loss is nothing to be disappointed in. Instead, get annoyed with the society that wants quick fixes! You didn't get to the weight that made you decide to diet in a month!

Once you're done with your program, just remember to avoid the center of the grocery store (except to dip down the coffee aisle!); avoid anything in a jar, box, or can. Fresh or frozen meats, dairy, and low carb veggies (if you're not converted to a meativore before then).

Nutrimed by Robard Corp.... Is another MLM ploy.... VLC stands for Very Low Calorie... And it is just another scam to separate the foolish from their money.
