I'm eating less and less carbs (usually netting in the 20-30 range, but allow myself up to 75 though I rarely go there anymore...it seems so high now! LOL), tracking less in terms of calories, but have a general idea....and the scale is moving again. When I first started, I dropped about 12lbs right out of the gate. Mostly, if not all water. Then it yo-yo'd for a few weeks, but I never lost momentum as my size was changing. So I knew progress was being made even if the scale said otherwise. The last 2 weeks have been highly productive, and ironically when I quite tracking every morsel....and BAM. I'm at 18.2lbs gone. I am thoroughly enjoying my new life style. Food has never tasted better! I can't wait to see what the future has in store for me!

Yay, Kay! I think if you start at a higher level of carb intake, it tends to naturally fall as cravings wane. I'm enjoying the ride too. :)

I'm sitting here barely sipping on a diet pepsi and finding it disgustingly sweet. Heading out to my car to get a bottle of water because it's literally like drinking syrup. I'm amazed at how much my tastes have changed in just 2 months.
