I would love to run its brill for burning calories which I soooo need right now
I would love to achieve the 5k
But at the moment I get out of breath after less than a minute
Should I try get fitter before I start or should I start a c25k programme and lend a treadmill
I have four kids two are babies so gym not an option
Running scares me at the moment lol

Get out and push that buggy, 30 mins twice a day will set you up for c25k. Have fun

    Yes, run slower.

I really struggled on day 1 and thought "What the hell is wrong me? Why is everyone else able to do this and not me?!"

I realised I was running much too fast, trying to keep up with a very athletic friend of mine who, at 6ft, has a stride length more than twice mine. My little dumpy legs were going nineteen-to-the-dozen just to keep up with his walk!

If you can manage to walk for 30 minutes, you can jog for 30 seconds. Yes, JOG, don't sprint :)
If it helps, when I did W1D2 I was overtaken by a little girl on a Barbie bike with stabilisers...
