Weekly Goals

I find that I hold myself better accountable if I write down my weekly goals someplace where other people can see. Let's put down our weekly goals in this thread and see how well we do.

Here are mine:
  1. Water, water, water. I haven't been getting enough water to drink, and I really want to work on getting my full 8 glasses every single day this week.
  2. Exercise. I want to push to get at least 7,000 steps every day this week. No exceptions.
  3. Fat intake. Mine has increased lately, and I feel like I need to watch it and to keep my eating habits trained on lower fat options.

What are your goals for the week?

    1. I find the only time I have to work out is early in the morning. This means getting up at 3am to go to the gym.
    2. Mental Health. Take time to relax and don't let the bad at work get to you.
    3. Study for the promotion at work you are interested in.

    1. Remember to take alllll of my vitamins.
    2. No beer 'til the weekend
    3. No snacks that aren't pre-planned. If it's not on my menu, it's not going in my mouth.

    1. Get at least 7000 steps in before I leave for work.
    2. Walk in place as work during conference calls - any movement is better than sitting.
    3. Walk the dog. I've been ignoring him for the treadmill and that isn't fair to him.
    4. Log my food.
    5. Have fun on my sleeve journey.

OMG, hahaha! The laundry always wins in my house. Based on the amount, I'm going to assume there is a whole other family living with me that I don't know about.

I have a husband and a 6-year-old son, but with the laundry we accumulate, you'd think I had about 15 husbands and 30 6-year-olds floating around.

    2. Protein - get >60 g/day
    3. Walk - get at least 30 minutes at least 3 times this week

OK, folks. It's midweek. How is everyone doing on their goals?
    1. I've managed to get at least 64 oz. of water each day so far.
    2. I only got 5500 steps yesterday after doing great on Monday. It's my own fault. I prefer to walk in the park, and we had a torrential downpour yesterday. I could have walked in place at the house, though.
    3. Fat intake has been OK but still higher than I'd like.

    Everyone else doing OK?
