My first 7 days LC was aces - I lost a good amount of weight and didnt really have many bad cravings - Ive noticed now that Im having headaches and feel like Im kind of in a fog. I am not really having cravings as much as just feeling grumpy and lazy. Anyone ever experienced this?

    Yep, it's a common phase of adjustment -- http://whole30.com/2013/08/revised-timeline/

How's your sodium, potassium, and magnesium intake?

I second the sodium! I get like that if I don't have enough, so I drink a cup of bouillon broth every morning, per the suggestion of many posters here. If I skip it, I get headachy and brain foggy. Too many days in a row of that, and I start to get weak and lethargic.

I third the sodium! You need to replace the electrolytes that your body is losing through ketosis.

Same here, I went threw about a week of feeling exhausted. I also had had muscle aches/ cramps. Another low Carber suggested taking a break from exercise, increasing my sodium intake and magnesium/ potassium supplements. I noticed today after working a 12 hr shift that I didn't feel like I could fall asleep right in the parking lot. I feel normal again, not sure if its a combination of the 3, but what ever it was it worked!!
