Started the challenge a few weeks ago but only able to run once a week atm. Hopefully will try twice a week this week.
I can not even manage to run for 60 seconds without stopping, will this improve worried i wont be able to keep up as the weeks go on..

Slow down if you need to. You should be able to hold a conversation (or sing a song) while you are running. If you can't, you are probably trying to go too fast.
The program is designed for 3 days a week. It will be hard to increase your stamina only doing 1 or 2 days a week, in my opinion.0 -
I agree on it being hard if you can't do it 3 days a wk. Your lungs and body need to get conditioned. Hopefully you can get it in more. Good luck0
