for the most part I don't seem to have problem staying under my carb limit, but i seem to be hitting way above my sodium. does anyone else have this problem?

    2500 mg should become a minimum, not a cap. Due to the water process (you retain water with carbs to process them, etc., where you don't do the same with Keto), your body will dump far more sodium this way. During adaption, that number should be even higher due to conversion...

    I eat a LOT more salt on LCHF than I ever have. But I just got blood tests back and my sodium level was 1 point UNDER the normal. I would think that unless you have a health reason to limit sodium don't worry about it.

    There is no such thing as a sodium limit when doing a keto diet. Sodium is really only a concern for those who already have high blood pressure. High sodium CANNOT give you high blood pressure. That's been proven.
