Hey
Apologies if there has been a similar post to this...
I do weight training a few times a week but since starting keto I find I am struggling to lift my usual weights and my stamina is weaker
I heard that you can lose muscle with keto, has anyone else had this? My Macro for Protein is 20% approx 75gms daily but less than I would have had before. While delighted about the weight loss I am worried losing gains in strength. Any advice most welcome

It's not muscle loss, it's glycogen loss. Weightlifting is really hard without glycogen, but people seem to adapt over time:

You get used to it; it can take a few weeks to adapt. Keep lifting, keep protein at adequate levels, your gainz will continue.0

Your body is adapting. I've always been an avid and regular exerciser. While keto adapting, I felt weak and could barely work out for 30 min (usual time was 60 min). After a couple weeks, I got my full strength and endurance back, and since then, I've made gains in the gym.0
