what's your hula hoop routine?

Hi there. I'm from Ireland and have been hooping as part of my cardio routines since December. Do it for 15 minutes if with elliptical or 30 on its own. I also run. I'm at my goal weight but love how hooping has toned my waist.

I try my best to hoop at least 15 minutes a day. Sometimes I get more, sometimes I'm lazy.
I'm not actively trying to lose weight but I like to keep it off. Hoop dance is my favorite way to exercise. It releases happy endorphins in your brain too!!0 -

I follow this program just to get started, don't think I've used a hula since I was 10, so I'm a little out of practice
