Low carb/High Protein Help Needed PLEASE

Looking to try a low carb/high protein diet that is fairly simple to start. .... Any suggestions? I need serious help! Not sure where to start or what to do.

    Please go read actually study the Launch Pad at the top of this group. You will find lots of great info there. High protein low carb is not what you want to do.
