Never heard of it.... Does it contain dihydrogem minoxide??0

It seems to be a body-building whey protein shake -- http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/nb/isolow.html Looks expensive compared to other whey proteins out there.0
-
I was looking at that today. Have never tried it because I fear I will have a bad reaction to the ingredients, but I like the carb and protein count much more than the one I use.0

A lot of people use it to get their protein requirement after weight loss surgery. I haven't seen anyone on lc or LCHF using it.0

It is very high in potassium, for anyone on a dialisys diet.0

I don't see that listed anywhere on label

My husband uses it after his work-outs. We like it because it's not flavored, and we've even used it in recipes. I'm not fond of any protein powder (I can always taste that it's protein powder, and I gag on it), but my husband is very happy with it.0

Meh...if I'm going to drink my calories, I'll do it in the form of Bulletproof/Primal Egg Coffee and other such things where I've put real food into it.
Also, unless you're mixing it with a fat, all that A, D, E, and K is useless, because it will never be absorbed.0 -
I do the Isopure Dutch Chocolate in my BPC every morning. Fat+protein and stay full until lunch. The chocolate isnt 0 carb but it's 1 or 2.0

The best protein powder I've found (when I used them), in terms of taste, quality, and mixability is Jay Robb's whey protein powders. It's the only one I found that doesn't require a blender when making shakes. The vanilla's great for smoothies. It's also from grass fed milk, for those who care. It's sweetened with stevia, and the ingredient list is less than half a dozen items (whey, stevia, sunflower lectithin (oh yeah, soy-free, too), and flavoring).
Don't get the vanilla egg white one, though. That stuff tastes like @$$ for the most part, though I did manage to turn it into a half-decent smoothie that sort of tasted like chocolate cake batter (after adding a bunch of cocoa and sugar, though, unfortunately).0 -

I so the same with my bpc, I add a scoop of plant based protein, I have tons of energy and not hungry till lunch. Plus I ice it so it's like my own version of a frappe0 -
I like the unflavored and use it 2-3x week to get my AM protein. I never ate breakfast before. I mix it with a few berries +ice to give it some taste. Gives lots of energy and not I'm not "hangry" until late lunch. The only negative is you might feel a bit bloated and/or gassy.0

@Keto_T & @auntstephie321 and others reading, if you're adding protein to your coffee it's not BPC. The way BPC works is that by containing only fat (butter & MCT oil per original recipe) there is no insulin response, so autophagy and other benefits of the fasted state are maintained.0

I liked the quality of Jay Robb's powders (for all the reasons you listed) but I still can't stand the taste. Thankfully I don't really struggle to get enough protein so I'm happy to take a pass on the shakes!

Ah interesting. I guess I use the term BPC to refer to the fact it is coffee with butter and coconut oil. not necessarily the original recipe for it though, I'm using the term rather loosely. I didn't realize there was a specific reason for the formulation, I just started it to up my fat content.0 -

Ditto...i guess i use the term loosely as well. My BPC recipe isnt pure anyway, regardless of the added protein.0 -
I just call mine LOADED instead of bullet proof anymore...lol0
