My largest binge item is a large cookie dough blizzard with no chocolate sauce and extra extra cookie dough from DQ. This usually costs me about $5. So, I think that instead of spending my money on that I am going to put that $5 into my savings account each day I make it through without giving in. That way I will have $140 a month in there and every year I can do something with that money to better my house or pay off debt or whatever I need. I am struggling so badly and I am hoping this will motivate me.
