What type of hula hoop do you use?

this might be a confusing question for beginners... But I'm sure if you are trying to exercise with a hula hoop you have discovered no luck with the water filled kids hoops from Walmart!

I use hoops made of HDPE tubing (from lowes or Home Depot that I made myself) and some other hula hoops made from polypro tubing.
Lemme know what you're using!!

    I got myself an exercise hula hoop that weighs 1.2 kg, since it's all about the weight here in Scandinavia.

    I use poly pro and HDPE. I love them both equally :D

    i use the hdpe tubing as well. i love hooping and can hoop up to an hour to music. Hoop dance is my stress reliever.
