We left Florida and just arrived back in Canada so was not able to post etc. I am starting again but only for a month cause then leaving for Europe to celebrate husbands 70th BD and our 50th anniversary. I weighted in this a.m. as a different scale so looks like I gained 1.5 lbs. Travelling so much I am sure I am also retaining water so I am not really upset. OK going to read all your posts now. Linda

    Linda, how exciting celebrating in Europe :)

    Glad to have you back and remember you can track when you are in Europe. Personally I have always lost weight when I go there. It is all the sightseeing walking and many of the towns are up and down, so I eat a LOT but I walk it off. Humm, maybe I should go there till I drop these last few lbs. >:)
