I have considered trying Intermittent Fasting. If you have had success with this in the past, please tell me more details.

I tried this approach last year during the summer months and it worked really well. Mine was a bit different that 5:2.
My intermittent fasting plan was not spread out over days. It was based on fasting during the day. I would only eat after a 16 hour period. All my calories for the day were saved for that eating time. I worked out 3-4 times a week. Weight training. The only problem with this plan is that its not sustainable for very long. So if you are going to try it make sure you maximize the weight loss while on it.0
