5:2 Intermittent Fasting diet

Hello there,
I'm new here and I'm following the 5:2 diet. Two days a week, on tuesday and friday I only eat 500 calories a day. The rest of the week I watch my calories, but I follow my regular diet, including a lot of self-made green juices. I would like to lose 10 kilograms.
Are there people who would like to join me in this?

In this group we can send each other low calorie recipes for the fasting days, and give each other mental support!
