Does anyone follow Christmas Abbott's plan? (Book: The Badass Body Diet), she also has done online seminars. If so....pros, cons? Success?
This plan really focuses on the Macros, has a higher "healthy" fat content and carbs are mainly fruits and vegetables.

Did you ever end up getting any replies to this? I am actually starting the brick plan next week and am a little bit confused. I am starting on the modifier plan and I am allowed between 11 and 13 bricks per day. I am trying to calculate out how many calories per day but based on the information I think I'm doing something wrong because it's only showing me about 700 cal a day.0
